What are the Boy Scouts of America?

From the BSA Mission Statement: The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

What do we do in Boy Scouts ?

Boy Scouts is a BLAST! We camp EVERY month, we learn skills like firebuilding, tying knots and First Aid. We learn cool things through Merit Badges (there's 121 of them to choose from) and we work on rank advancement, working to climb the peak and become an Eagle Scout.

How Can I Join?Boy Scouting is available to boys who have either: 1) Earned the Cub Scout Arrow of Light Award and are at least 10 years old; 2) Completed the 5th Grade and are at least 10 years old; 3) Who are 11, but not yet 18 years old

When and Where? Troop 112 meets at 6pm Wednesdays during the school year. We meet in the Scout Room in the basement of Ferdinand Hall, Nampa First Church of the Nazarene , 601 16th Ave South. Troop Meetings happen from August to June (click the schedule button above for specifics).
